Job Description

HR CoordinatorAre you immediately available and able to commit to a three month contract supporting our Peterborough, Cambridgeshire based client as HR Coordinator.Due to a really high volume of work following a period of intense recruitment we are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to support in the onboarding of new staff.You will be:

  • Producing complex detailed contracts of employment including benefits information
  • Overseeing pre-employment checks including right to work, references, proof of address etc
  • Liaising with team managers to update on progress to allow full planning for inductions.
  • Updating the HR and People metrics with progress for inclusion in the monthly board reports.
  • Ideally you will have worked in an HR department and understand the importance of accurate documentation and the ability to work to a defined process to qualify new starts.
