Genuine HR Business Partner opportunity to join market leading organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract, based either in Peterborough or London, to deliver the engagement and interface between the HR function and business leaders and managers.On the agenda is Strategic Talent Development (performance management, reviews and succession planning), Employee Relations and engagement with the specialist ER Team, identifying skills gaps and finding innovative and exciting ways to deliver the necessary learning opportunities, and acting as coach and advisor to your specific customers.You will be CIPD Level 7 qualified and possess a track record in positively partnering with business units to create and deliver a people first focus.
