Our client is a leading player in the FMCG Market and is looking for a bright and engaging HR Business Partner to join the team.This is a fast-paced and busy day to day operational HR role and responsibilities include:*Working with senior managers, coaching and advising on people management and development.*Managing all employee relations issues, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness.*Managing maternity and paternity leave and negotiating returns.*Organisational change and supporting on restructures. *Setting up appraisals and completing salary reviews*Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law*Support the Head of HR with the development and roll out of the HR strategyTo be considered:*You will have a CIPD qualification.*Experience within manufacturing/FMCG is essential.*You will be an energetic and ambitious individual.*Enjoy high levels of autonomy. Package on offer:*Salary of £40,000-£45,000 plus an annual bonus *Company benefits package including enhanced annual leave, healthcare etc
