HR Business Partner- 12 month FTCSalary: £43,320Location: Peterborough / HybridThe VacancyWe have a fantastic opportunity to join CKH as a HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract. The incumbent will join a friendly, well-established, and highly capable HR and Payroll team who are looking forward to welcoming their newest team member!The successful incumbent will need to be proficient in the end to end employment lifecycle, with specific expertise in recruitment, employee relations and learning and development. This is a true generalist HR role where literally no two days are the sameso you may be involved in managing a complex ER case and then leading a recruitment campaign the next: or simultaneously!You will need to have excellent relationship management skills to effectively partner with our leaders across the business to understand the needs of the customer and translate requirements into pragmatic HR solutions.
