Were really looking for a HR advisor, who takes a real care around growing & supporting our workforce!What is the purpose of the roleTo advise and provide guidance to the site management team on HR practice, including legal compliance and company policy. Support the HR Manager deliver the People Plan, support engagement initiatives and resolve employee relations issues.In this role you are accountable for:

  • Manage a full range of HR activities within the Employee Lifecycle
  • Provide advice and guidance on Absence Management and Performance Management
  • Provide advice and guidance on Clipper Policy & Procedures
  • Coaching & upskilling of managers across all levels
  • Manage HR Systems including Time & Attendance through to Payroll
  • Support Site Engagement & Charity / CSR Initiatives
  • Compliance of HR Audits
  • Support recruitment and selection through to onboarding
  • Maintaining up to date Employment Law knowledge and manage risk of ER issues
  • Maintain H&S in the Workplace
  • Support the Management Team with any other duties
