Are you able to provide proactive advice and guidance to Line Managers and staff Are you confident with all aspects of HR Looking for a HR Generalist role Then we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:* Work closely with the HR Business Partner to support the successful customer-focused delivery of all HR processes, policies and systems.* Provide advice and guidance to Managers and staff on HR issues* Take the lead on the Pre-Apprentice and Apprentice Programmes* Drive quality onboarding processes* Using a collaborative approach to find solution and ensure satisfactory outcomes* Develop, coach and support line managers over the full cycle of the recruitment process* Working with the HR Business Partner and HR Services Manager to deliver HR projects. * Undertake casework to support Managers in resolving issues within reasonable timescales.* Help to support, develop and coach the HR Assistants with their personal and professional development* Promote the culture and values that foster a positive Employee Relations environment and ensure fair and respectful treatment of all employees.* Develop and implements innovative HR policies & practice.* Promote and improve HR services for the benefit of the organisation* Support line managers and employees to ensure open and ongoing two-way communication between employees and line managers.* Be able to identify, recommend and champion new and improved ways of workingKey Skills:* Expert knowledge of professional HR practice and procedure* Project Management skills * Conflict Management* Problem solving and innovation* Relationship building* Strategic Perspective* Result driven* A self-starter* Able to coach Line Manager* Strong interpersonal skills* Knowledge sharingPersonal Profile:* Experience of operating at an Adviser Level.* Strategic thinker.* Detail orientated.* Able to manage customer expectations in line with prioritise.* Able to work in a busy HR team* Problem solving and decision-making skills.* Applying technical and professional expertise* Able to communicate at all levels* Always looking for continuous improvement* Working effectively.* Delivering results.Benefits:* £26,000 - £34,500* Permanent* 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays* 100% Remote but must be in commuting distance to Peterborough* Full timePlease note although this role is remote there will be a monthly team meeting for you to attend in Peterborough.If this role sounds like your next challenge, then please apply today!
