Job descriptionMedsolve are working in partnership with a leading ophthalmology surgery group to recruit for a Hospital Manager for their centre in Peterborough.The Hospital Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of each site. This role may suit a nurse, senior healthcare assistant, allied healthcare professional or a person with prior experience of managing healthcare businesses. The post holdermust obtain and maintain the CQC registered manager status.As Hospital Manager you will be responsible for, and maintain, the high quality and standards of the delivery of healthcare services at your site. Whilst maintaining overall responsibility at the site, you are supported by your local Area Manager and bythe Board, specifically the Chief Operational Officer. You will be empowered to lead your team and make decisions that mirror the values of our client in delivering the highest quality of eye healthcare.The salary for this role is £40 - £44,000 p.a.
