Whilst there is a bias towards Construction-related risks here, the team is also able to provide solutions for other specialist areas, including but not limited to, Performance (Advanced Payment, Retention), Pension Deficit, Deferred Consideration (M&A, Land),Duty Deferment and Decommissioning / Restoration.This is an integral and highly visible role within the business, where you will be reporting directly to the board. Because the company generates a huge amount of enquiries via referrals from existing clients, as well as the new business efforts of the DevelopmentTeam, the focus of your role will very much be on the Placement of specialist Surety solutions, both for new and existing clients. Using your deep understanding of the Surety market, youll identify clients individual requirements, structuring deals accordinglyand sourcing appropriate markets from your established network of Underwriters.You can be based from home, but the company very much prides itself on its personal service, and therefore you must be happy to interact with clients, with whom youll display your passion for the industry, and your in-depth understanding of Surety Bonds.
