Job Description

Ive just had sign-off to work a fantastic position at a fast-growing digital agency, recruiting a brand-new role as a Head of Paid Media - a super rare opportunity to get in at a company on the ground floor and start to really shape their Paid media offering.The ideal candidate will be from a Senior Paid Search or Paid Media background with a real entrepreneurial spirit & hunger to bring on new business to the company, so charisma & energy in abundance is required.Head of Paid Media Salary - £55,000 - £75,000 (Depending on senior-level experience)Location - Peterborough (44 minutes fast train from London or 1 hour 5 minutes on the slower train)Office requirements - 3 days ideally but can be flexible if commuting from London or further (anything more than that is a plus)Start date - Available to start right away but more than happy to sit through your potential 3-month notice periodTeam - Currently 3 people in the Paid Media team but you will have free reign on growing the team to make the companies recent growth.Responsibilities

  • Lead the Paid Media team and develop strategies that drive growth for clients across all Paid Media channels.
  • Create & activate PPC campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Social Media platforms - ensuring client objectives & KPIs are met.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Paid Team, overseeing general account performance, management, budget allocation & reporting.
  • Work hand in hand with clients to understand their business objectives, create strategies and manage expectations.
  • Identify new opportunities and trends in the paid media landscape, always being up-to date & keeping the agency at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Work with the agencys SEO, content, and creative teams to ensure Paid Media campaigns are integrated with wider marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Paid Media experience inside a Digital agency, involving delivery & management of campaigns across multiple channels.
  • A full understand of the digital landscape with Expertise across Paid Search & Paid Social adverting - Understanding of Display and SEO is a plus but not required.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with previous experience being involved in growing the business & client wins.
  • Fantastic communication & client management skills (verbal & written).
  • A true passion for digital marketing & creating a Paid Media dream offering.
