Job Description

**Hybrid working**Small team to oversee**Project work**Friendly inclusive environment**Have an impact on the company you work for**I have the opportunity to be partnering with a great company who are in search of a Head of Finance to head up the team.What youll be doing

  • Production of Annual budgets
  • Production of the management accounts
  • Purchasing and cost control
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and development including potential acquisitions
  • Review tenders with SLT to ensure effective cost and delivery
  • Develop and maintain the accounting system Sage 200, ensuring upgrades when required and is fit for purpose
  • Coach, support and direct the finance team
  • Customise processes and procedures
  • Oversee the finance department including ledgers, debt recovery reconciliation and balance sheets
  • Support and oversee the whole group, including subsidiaries, regularly
  • Manage and process payroll including pensions
  • Year-end preparation and act as contact for external audit
  • Build strong working relationships with other departments, banks and suppliers
