Job Description

c£60-70k per annum dependent on skills and experiencePermanent37 hoursDo you have a passion for digital maintenance strategy Could you transform maintenance standards and approaches through your digital strategic thinkingDo you have the vision and leadership to take maintenance policy into the digital worldYou will be the owner of our Asset Maintenance Standards and Policy for Anglian Water. We are looking for a leader who has a proven track record of digital transformation in this space who can guide and lead the business to unlock the value and potential of digital, whilst ensuring our existing methods are optimised through the transitional years. You will maximise the value of your experience in digital transformation and bring in best practice globally into approaches and techniques.You will lead the team, collaboratively creating the individual standards with the business, whilst being Chair of the multi-business stream Standards Governance Forum. You will demonstrate the value of maintenance planned, completed or missed and drive a culture of accountability to deliver the best value maintenance within its capability.You will own and drive the creation, visibility and stakeholder engagement of value driven maintenance standards to ensure that the tools and insight capabilities are in place to track value/benefits of the standards. You will have responsibility for mapping and visualising all maintenance strategies in Water/Water Recycling areas.What does it take to be a Head of Digital Maintenance Transformation

  • Demonstrable experience as an expert in operational maintenance
  • Educated to degree level or extensive practical experience in a maintenance environment
  • Previous experience delivering a digital/maintenance strategy, would be desirable
  • An ability to assess risk and make decisions with incomplete information
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communications skills
  • Previous experience of presenting complex information to a non-specialist audience
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor and manage and coach performance
  • The ability to demonstrate extensive specialist, operational water industry knowledge
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management experience
