Job Description

Outstanding opportunity to join employer of choice in Peterborough as Group HSE Manager - working centrally to collate and, analyse and interpret HSE at a group level to feed insight to the senior leadership team to aid decision making.As Group HSE Manager, we are looking for someone who has previously been site responsible for the health, safety and environment agenda, is fully qualified, but is looking for a more strategic position.Liaising with site based HSE leads across the global estate you will be responsible for:

  • Data and reporting - developing and improving the collection, analysis and reporting of all HSE performance data. Providing monthly and yearly reporting at Group level.
  • ESG data collection and reporting, including provision of insight and recommendations for improvements.
  • KPI support - acting as central point of contact for all HSE KPIs, supporting business decisions and reporting frameworks.
  • Advice and Support - ensuing all HSE teams have information and profession advice to support the delivery of HSE compliance, mitigation, and control strategies.
  • Policies - ensuring HSE polices are up to date across divisions.
  • Targets - lead development of robust targets and metric to drive HSE improvements.
  • Support - on-site project teams regarding implementation of HSE/Sustainability projects.
You will need to have: -
  • Previously had ownership for the HSE agenda for manufacturing site(s)
  • NEBOSH Health & Safety Diploma
  • IEMA Qualified
  • Knowledge of sustainability initiatives would be an advantage.
