Global Reward Partner for Travelex in Peterborough :: Retail job search from Retail Human Resources plc Retail Human ResourcesCalls may be recordedlog in registerGlobal Reward PartnerLocation: PeterboroughEmployer: TravelexSalary: CompetitiveReference: JR42021/833Date added: 2 days ago Apply for Global Reward Partner, Reference: JR42021/833 Add to shortlist Send Global Reward Partner, Reference: JR42021/833 to a friend Back to search results Role Title: Global Reward PartnerReports to: Head of RewardLocation: Peterborough or LondonThe TeamThe Reward team provides subject matter expertise on Compensation and Benefits related matters.Partnering with HR and broader stakeholders within the company, the team analyses, researches, and proposes Reward initiatives, such as new incentives.It provides operational support on group Reward programs such as group bonuses and annual salary reviews.Role PurposeThe role is key in supporting on all annual Reward processes, including annual salary reviews, benefits renewals (UK), and maintaining the Job Architecture.It will also support the Head of Reward on projects such as incentive design, new initiatives, etc.Key AccountabilitiesLead the annual Reward processes such as pay review and bonusesManage relationships with third party benefit providersMaintain the Job Architecture (Aon Radford Methodology) and complete the annual salary survey. Support on Benchmarking governanceSupport the Head of Reward on development and research of new initiativesLead on the implementation of new reward initiativesResolving escalated benefits queries (2nd Stage)Preparing adhoc presentations and proposalsExperience and Personal QualitiesThe role requires experience across all areas of compensation and benefits, with knowledge of pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation and benchmarking.With strong analytical skills you will be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively and is able to engage and build relationships with HR and wider business stakeholders.Advanced excel and numeric skills.Able to translate complicated Reward topics/jargon into wording that is easy understand.Comfortably working with large datasets that delicately interconnect, whilst ensuring data integrity when moving between HRIS (Workday) and excel (and vice versa).Workday or larger HCM, such as SAP or Oracle, experience preferred.Capable of working independently and as a part of a wider team.Comfortable leading projects across multiple departments.Why TravelexTo remain the world’s leading foreign exchange specialist, we are focused on making our customers’ lives simpler, more engaging and hassle free while they travel or move money abroad.
