Job Description

Our superb client with offices based in Cambridgeshire is seeking a Part Time French Speaking Legal Administrator to join them on a permanent basis working 3 full days per week 9.00am - 5.30pm on a remote working basis.As French Speaking Legal Administrator, you will support a small team of lawyers who advise British clients who have properties based in France, providing a comprehensive administrative support, obtaining tax & utility statements, setting up direct debits,arranging furniture removals, verifying bank details, preparing payment instructions, assisting with translations, arranging quotes, arranging property valuations, diary management, producing relevant paperwork, form filling, drafting letters, typing dictations,maintaining company database, dealing with client calls and much, much more.To be considered for the role of French Speaking Legal Administrator, you must be fully fluent both French and English languages, strong administrative skills, confident in communicating fluently in French in writing and verbally, excellent organisationskills and the ability to manage your own workload.Our client offers a salary of upto £25,000 pro rata for the three days per week and an excellent benefits package.Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent, contract and temporary recruitment.
