Youll ensure product compliance with regulatory frameworks including the necessary product submissions and the inventory of our raw material on site in Peterborough.RESPONSIBILITIES: Formulation Development Chemist - Chemist, ChemicalsTo be able to deliver your formulation development projects on time youll need to be able to:Provide technical support to manufacturing department for the scale up of formulations and support our customers including developing their user instructions and literature Maintain COSHH & other HSE required documentation Develop your test development methods to stay ahead of the curve Build on your knowledge of existing or future emerging technologiesBACKGROUND: Formulation Development Chemist - Chemist, ChemicalsPreviously worked in the development of chemical formulations with a creative passion for developing new chemicals to client specifications Degree educated in Chemistry or an equivalent qualification - or be qualified by experience Understand laboratory H&S regulations for the safe handling of chemicals Be competent with standard chemistry laboratory equipment: HPLC, GC etc Be able communicate your scientific concepts accurately with clarity to people who are not ChemistsTHE COMPANY:We are a contract chemical manufacturing facility based in Peterborough servicing a variety of sectors to include Medical & Hygiene, Farming, Veterinary, Pet care, Automotive, Home & Garden, Industrial.It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets and worked with the following products and/or services: Laboratory Chemist, Chemist - HPLC, GC, chromatography, chemistry, quality control, QC, chemicals.INTERESTED Please click apply.
