We need to find new ways to source and supply water to meet future growth, mitigate climate change and enhance the environment. To meet this challenge, Anglian Water is developing threeStrategic Resource Options (SROs), including the development of two new reservoirs and a strategic pipeline.This role will be critical to the development of these SROs. As Flood Risk & Hydrology Lead (FR&H) you will report to the Water Resources Supply Forecasting Manager, and work closely with the Regional Flood Risk Manager, to help develop and drive the bestsolutions for the SROs the deliver multifaceted benefits to water resources, flood risk management and the environment.You will support with hydraulic modelling; liaise with technical consultants to get results; and provide updates at programme meetings, with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also take the lead on flood risk advice for the SROs, providingthe day-to-day support under the strategic direction of the Regional Flood Risk Manager. You will work with technical consultants on flood risk studies and with stakeholders to ensure local knowledge influences decisions and drives the best solution.As a valued employee, youll be entitled to:
