Excellent role on offer for a Finishing Foreman / Site Supervisor looking to work for a rapidly expanding company where you will be working on technically interesting projects whilst having an opportunity to progress and technically develop your career.Are you a Site Supervisor with a carpentry / general maintenance background Are you looking to join an expanding company that specialise in sustainable and eco-friendly construction builds Are you looking to progress your careerThis ground-breaking company specialise in residential and commercial builds using sustainable technology and are revolutionising the way the industry operate. They have recently seen huge growth due to considerable investment into the business and have recently won a couple of very lucrative construction projects. Due to this growth and expansion plans they are looking to recruit a Site Supervisor to join their close-knit but growing team.This is a hybrid role where you will be responsible for two functions within the build process. You will be the primary point of contact in relation to any site installation matters whilst working hands on carrying out reactive maintenance on the new builds. When you are not required on site you will work in the factory on the activities to improve project delivery on forthcoming projects. You will take ownership for identifying and resolving snagging issues directly with the customer.This is a varied and interesting role which would ideally suit an experienced Site Supervisor from a residential construction background who is looking for a varied, stable role with a progressive company that are very well known for their innovative build solutions where you can be a part of a high growth and exciting business.The Role:
