Peterborough - office based with some hybrid availableBroster Buchanan are pleased to be partnering with an established SME that can offer a family feel, coupled with a forward thinking senior management team.Operating in an ever growing market, and with an order book beyond 2025, the business is seeking a Financial Controller to continue laying the foundations for future growth.Reporting to a highly knowledgeable CFO, you will manage and develop a dynamic finance team, whilst ensuring financial reporting and commercial solutions are offered to help future growth and profitability.Key duties include* Oversight of the day-to-day finance function including management of a medium size team.* Develop suite of reporting following a systems upgrade to Sage 200* Prepare monthly management accounts* Finance business partner to operational teams, providing technical and commercial guidance* Annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts* Cash flow forecasting* Drive through process improvements* Support the implementation of a new finance system * Take the lead on annual audit process* Deputise for the CFO, as required.Suitable applicants will be fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA, or possibly part qualified with a depth of experience at finance manager/ financial controller level.Staff management experience is essential, as is an interest in systems and stream lining reporting.
