Renumeration | £90k + Bonus + EquityLocation | PeterboroughThe OpportunityFinatal are currently partnering with a Private Equity backed Agricultural business which is scaling rapidly through both organic and acquisition activity. The business is currently turning over c.£38m with an EBITDA value towards c.£2m.This is a great opportunity to develop a finance function capable of supporting an ambitious growth agenda which involves further expansion.The role is best suited to an experienced and ambitious candidate with excellent credentials and ideally experience of working at Finance Director level. The successful hire will have the humility to be hands on and involved in implementing new processes,controls, and systems, but also the commercial acumen and gravitas to business partner and operate with the CEO and wider business.The RoleThe Group Finance Director role will focus on building out the finance function, supporting the CFO with day-to-day oversight of the core finance function. The role will involve:
