Job Description

Facilities Operations CoordinatorBased in PeterboroughFull-time, Permanent role£24-27k salaryA Facilities management company is seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator with various duties that will include (but not be limited to):

  • Support internal departments.
  • Use management / CAFM systems.
  • Respond to general enquiries via phone and email.
  • Support company Directors and Management teams with day to day admin.
  • Support the finance team with invoice approvals and distributions.
  • Monitor safe work practices.
  • Communicate with contractors and clients to ensure jobs run smoothly to offer a high level of service.
Personal qualities required include:
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Well organised.
Education:
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE grade C/4 or above in Maths & English
  • A Levels or equivalent College Diploma preferred but not essential
  • IOSH/NEBOSH preferred but not essential
  • Facilities Management qualifications preferred but not essential
