Job Description

Facilities Coordinator / SchedulerPeterboroughASAP - Temporary to Permanent9am - 5.00pmSalary £25k (£15.00ph Umbrella PAYE whilst temporary)The ClientOur Client are a Nationwide Facilities & Property Management Company who provide domestic & building maintenance solutions across the Country. Due to demand, they are looking to recruit a reliable and experienced Facilities Coordinator to work from theiroffices in Peterborough.The RoleYou will join their Facilities team and will be required to take incoming calls from customers requiring varying repairs and maintenance needs. Incoming calls will also include operatives requiring more work, jobs that need rearranging or requiring moretime or requests to order materials. You will be required to log all calls with clear notes on to an in-house computer system and schedule to the relevant Engineers diary depending on their skill set and the region they are based.Duties:First point of contact for customers and operatives.Receiving calls from customers/customer services with repairs & maintenance requests and logging them onto an in-house computer system.Receiving calls from customers with queries or issues about repairs already in progressDiagnosing the priority of each repair logged and offering the customer a suitable appointmentManaging/Scheduling the Operatives diaries and re-arranging appointments if necessary.Closing jobs down when completeRaising new jobs following Supervisors site visitsActioning the generic mailbox and respond to queries and/or bookingsManage diaries to ensure emergencies are covered throughout the dayShuffling jobs around on diaries, focusing on target dates and assessing the urgency of some repairsSkills:Must be a team player but must also be able to work on own initiativeMust be able to prioritise a very busy workloadMust have excellent communication skills and telephone mannerMust be able to handle a high volume of callsMust be able to diagnose a repair/priorityMust be computer literateMust have previous Planning / Scheduling experienceMust be able to handle challenging or sensitive situations i.e., calls from concerned customersBenefits£15.00ph Umbrella PAYE / £25k(Temporary to Permanent)Plus, you will have the opportunity of working with one of the UKs leading FM Contractors.If you are interested in this Facilities Coordinator / Scheduler position, please forward your CV to
