Job Description

Interaction Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a corporate services organisation based in Peterborough. My client is seeking a Facilities Administrator tojoin their dynamic team on a full-time permanent basis.SALARY ON OFFER £19,000 - £20,000 (with annual pay reviews)Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide administrative support to the management teams
  • Developing and maintaining the corporate record documentations
  • Monitoring and chasing compliance documentation with contractors and in-house teams in accordance with contractual arrangements to provide regular updates on progress
  • Preparing and completing both weekly and monthly reports
  • Running daily reports to review emergency, urgent and failed jobs
  • Deal with queries relating to compliance
  • Assist with the allocation of work to engineers using CAFM system
The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate:
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office, management systems, Maximo/CAFM systems etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • MUST have a Full UK Driving Licence
