Job Description

Huntress have proudly partnered with an incredibly successful global business who are looking to offer a permanent position to an experienced Export Officer. This is a newly created role which will allow you to really put your stamp on this exciting position and build an extremely fullfilling career.The key day-to-day tasks of the Export Officer include:

  • To keep up to date with the latest legislation affecting delivery of orders to customers outside the UK.
  • Work with key internal and external stakeholders to make sure all relevant information is set up to allow for the smooth delivery of sales order to all export locations.
  • Key contact for all internal and external communication regarding exporting of products.
  • Maintain accurate export sales master data used in SAP and other systems
  • Compile all export paperwork required for export orders in accordance with legislation and agreements with customers.
  • Check export paperwork generated matches what has actually been picked and dispatched
  • Send all export paperwork required to customer in accordance with agreed timescales
