Interaction Recruitment are proud to be working with this Peterborough based business in recruiting for a Full Time Receptionist/ Secretary for a 9 Month Maternity Cover roleThe role will include:-- Answering all incoming calls and forwarding them on to the correct department or taking detailed messages- Meet & greet visitors- Carry out secretarial duties such as copy typing letters, memos as required- Produce documentation in line with our clients business model- Filing, labelling and archiving documentation as required- Source & book accommodation as required- Print drawings from PDF and CAD viewer- Manage and log outgoing post- Manage stationary levels and order in accordance with company guidelines including printers, copiers, etcThe Person:-- Minimum of 3 years Reception/ Secretarial experience- Excellent IT Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Professional and diligentWhats on Offer- Salary of £9.25 - £9.50 depending on experience- On site parking- There is a possibility of a permanent role in a different capacity for the right candidateFor more information or to apply please email .
