Exciting role on offer for an ambitious Estimator looking to work for a rapidly expanding company where you will be working on technically interesting projects whilst having an opportunity to progress and technically develop your career.Are you an Estimator with a varied background within construction Are you looking to join an expanding company that specialise in sustainable and eco-friendly construction builds Are you looking to progress your careerThis company specialise in residential and commercial builds using intelligent and clean energy technology. They have recently seen huge growth due to considerable investment into the business and have recently won a couple of very lucrative construction projects. Due to this growth and expansion plans they are looking to recruit an Estimator to join their close-knit team.In this role you will be required to produce take offs from client and internally generated drawings. You will assess and provide solutions for the required make up of civils works including roads, paths and parking bays whilst identifying solutions for foul and surface water drainage works. You will liaise directly with external suppliers and subcontractors for all quotations. You will be required to produce specifications and schedules of fittings to provide a detailed bid package.This role would therefore ideally suit an ambitious Estimator who is looking to develop technically and eventually progress their career whilst working for a progressive company that are very well known for their innovative build solutions where you can be a part of a high growth and exciting business.The Role:
