Electrical Supervisor - Based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire - PermanentA leading M&E Contractor are currently looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join their expanding team in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. The company trades across the UK, providing M&E services to a wide range of clients and businesses, such as Retail,Offices, Research & Development, hospitals and schools. These projects are typically valued up to £10M.As an Electrical Supervisor you will be responsible for the following:· Allocate the workload accordingly, meeting customer deadlines and maintaining standards and quality of workmanship at all times.· Leading teams of Electricians, Improvers and Mates.· Ensuring health and safety is maintained at all times.· Organising materials and sub-contractors.· Toolbox talks.· Creating risk assessments.· Attend site meetings. Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and experience:· Overall knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of electrical systems and their installation methods.· Time served Apprentice or relevant Electrical qualifications.· Hold SSSTS· Good people management and motivational skills.· The ability to work under pressure to meet set deadlines.· The ability to plan ahead, co-ordinate and prioritise workloads.· Day to day problem solving and answering / resolving any technical queries· Full responsibility in assuring the installation is of a high standard.
