This is no regular operations job… you will be part Project Manager, part Operations Manager working for one of the UK’s leading healthcare technology companies, with operations in Europe, the United States and APAC.As a vital cog in an international machine, you will become a key support to the business covering all areas of administration to the customers and engineers for the southern region, supporting the Regional Manager. You will control the management of the Mobile Service Engineers within the region and the management of their diary alongside dealing with customer/account management such as incoming queries, order processing and customer support.You will proactively organise servicing for customers, ensuring they are aware of the servicing schedule whilst also preparing quotes and maintaining an up-to-date ERP system.To be successful, you will have previous experience in operations or project management, excellent organisational and time management skills, strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.Based in Cambridgeshire, this position is commutable from Norfolk, Suffolk, Lincolnshire and Northants, with locations such as Peterborough, Norwich, Cambridge, Corby and Leicester all commutable.
