Job Description

Diamond-Cut Alloy Wheel Technicians / CNC Lathe Operators - Peterborough

    • Our client who has recently opened a brand-new, state of the art facility in Peterborough are looking for highly skilled and experienced Diamond Cut Alloy Wheel Technicians / CNC Lathe Operators to join their large team.With investment in this site now in excess of £10million, our client has created an outstanding working environment complete with state-of-the-art equipment including 4 new Diamond Cut Wheel Lathes. We are now looking for experienced Diamond Cut Wheel Professionals to operate these amazing pieces of technology to efficiently and effectively create outstanding results.The role:
  • Restoring Diamond Cut alloy wheels back to factory finish
  • Operating the CNC / Lathe
  • Part of a large team who will strip wheels and tires for you, all you do is set and operate the machine.
  • Training of other staff on the new equipment
  • Progression to Team Leader may be available in the future.
  • You must be capable of completing work to a high standard
  • Adhere to procedures and processes at all times
    • About You:
  • You will also be a team player with excellent attention to detail
  • You should have previous Experienced Alloy Wheel Refurbishment experience
  • Experience in repairing diamond-cut alloy wheels
  • CNC - Lathe Operating Experience is Essential
  • Must be hands-on and looking for a long-term stable job.
    • Pay and Benefits:
  • PAYE Basic Salary of up to £13 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
  • Up to £28,807 per annum
  • 28 days paid holiday
