Are you a detail-oriented and highly organised individual Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing customer service If so, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Administrator to join a well-established and growingbusiness based in Peterborough.The Customer Support Administrator supports the Customer Service and Sales functions of the company by interfacing with customers and internal colleagues across a multitude of customer-centric business tasks.Main duties of the Customer Support Administrator• Working alongside the Key Account Directors as first point of contact, building strong relationships• Manage key clients and accounts responding to all customer emails and telephone enquiries• Monitor and control all open calls to satisfactory conclusion including the updating of tasks on the internal system• Deal with and resolve customer complains/dissatisfaction and escalate to Helpdesk Team Leader/Customer Service Director when appropriate• Raise and send estimates to customers for machinery and parts orders whilst liaising with key contacts to chase for updates and keeping records updated• Arrange machine collections and deliveries to site whilst liaising with customers• Produce and communicate accurate and timely reports to stakeholders and customersKey competencies of the Customer Support Administrator• Previous customer service and administrative experience• Experience of client interaction via telephone and email and professional telephone manner• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively in a team environment• Strong organisational and time management skills• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask• IT literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suiteOur client offers an annual salary up to 25K per annum alongside many benefits, including 21 days holiday which increases with length of service plus bank holidays, health care cash back scheme and private health insurance, high street and restaurant discounts,long service award scheme amongst other benefits!If you are a confident and highly motivated individual looking to work in an enjoyable and friendly business environment, please APPLY NOW
