HB Commercial are proud to be working with a leading supplier of ambient food products based in Peterborough.As a Customer Services Manager, you will work closely with all internal teams and manage relationships with all 3PLs.The ideal candidate will come from a supply chain and FMCG environment and have experience exporting goods and associated paperwork. You will need to manage sales orders from receiving goods to delivery confidently, providing timely communication and reports.You will need to have excellent communication skills and have experience in using many MRP systems.Duties but not limited to *Manage customer complaints and any 3PLs disputes *Stock management *responsible for producing all data on all stock life *manage outbound deliveries *manage export orders *monitor KPI and standards of 3PLs *deputise for the Supply Chain and logistics manager *Manage, encourage and support the outbound team daily For a more detailed role profile, including the fantastic benefits my client offers, please apply now
