Job Description

There isnothing more rewarding than that!About the roleWorking with the Operations Team, you will be customer facing answering queries and providing exceptional service to our customers ordering from our online shop. This will include keeping customer data up to date on our Salesforce database.Being in a small team, you will have the opportunity to learn about the whole of the business from product development and marketing, our online shop to fulfilment by our partner organisation. We market own brand, artisan, and Gifts for Life product ranges.Our artisan product ranges support people who are socially and economically disadvantaged, helping them lead a dignified life.In this part-time role, you will work 22.5 hours per week over 3 days (1 day remote and 2 days from our Peterborough office).About usThe Leprosy Mission International is a leading international Christian development organisation with over 150 years’ experience and is part of The Leprosy Mission worldwide family. The Leprosy Mission seeks to defeat leprosy and transform lives through healthcare,education, training, housing, clean water, and job opportunities for people suffering stigma and rejection because of leprosy. The Leprosy Mission Shop is 100% owned by The Leprosy Mission International. It exists as a marketing tool for The Leprosy Mission,raising funds and awareness for the charity by selling a range of products.We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any abuse, neglect, and exploitation of all people.
