IntroductionFull Time / Permanent positions - 40 hours per week or 35 hours per week.Base Salary : £23,200 - £24,345 dependant on experience (Based on 40 hours)RSA Office - Lynchwood House, Peterborough. Range of set working patterns including evenings and weekendsMonday-Friday; 8 – 8.15pm, Sat 9 – 5.15pm, Sun 9 - 4.15pm.The role will be a hybrid working arrangement split between our Peterborough office and home.The role will include initial training and support during which we will need you to be on site full time to ensure you are happy, confident, and performing in the role (minimum of 6 months).At RSA our inspiring colleagues are at the heart of what we do best: helping people, businesses and society prosper in good times and be resilient in bad times. After training you can choose to be based fully on site or work within a hybrid working environment, we have a minimum expectation of one day per month in the office, although you may wish to work inthe office more frequently than this.We treat our customers as people, not numbers, and you will be at the forefront of this, offering any help, support, and guidance they need.We provide necessary training, so you have all the tools at your disposal. As part of your role, you will be working on shift patterns with some evening and weekend work.About YouCommunication skills are crucial as is having a genuine desire to help our customers. The ability to listen and identify their needs, providing the best solutions, using professionalism and empathy is key.Your attitude and approach to customers is more important than your experience.
