Job Description

We are looking for customer service advisors to join an inclusive, creative and unique company based in Oundle near Peterborough. This role is suitable for a friendly individual who is comfortable speaking to customers on the phone and has a knack for maximisingsales opportunities when taking orders.You will be responsible for taking calls from customers and some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Place customer orders and resolve customer enquiries, primarily via phone but also through email.
  • Identify and maximise sales opportunities through cross selling and up selling
  • Maintain knowledge on products, procedures and policies
  • Identify, resolve and record customer complaints
Previous experience in phone-based customer service is beneficial, however it is not essential to be considered.The ideal candidates will be a team player, have a confident telephone manner and be PC literate and have a high degree of written communication.In return for the above responsibilities, you will be offered the below benefits:
