Job Description

Adecco are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join a brand-new contact centre in Peterborough. This role offers a great opportunity to start your career with an established housing company on a full time, permanentbasis, assisting customers with repairs.The customer is the key focus in this role and some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing effective administration of the repairs process
  • Communicating with customers and contractors to ensure works are carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Managing the customer journey with empathy and professionalism
Excellent customer service and conflict handling skills are essential to be successful in this role as you will be the main point of contact for customers needing help with issues in their homes. The ideal candidate will be caring, empathetic and patient, with the ability to multi-task and take responsibility for resolving issues.
