Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorOundle £19,500Are you a passionate Customer Service Advisor, looking for an exciting new roleCoulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work with one of our well-established and very successful clients based in Oundle working as part of their dedicated Customer Service team.As Customer Service Advisor you would work as part of a fun and friendly team, answering customer calls, resolving any order disputes, advising and giving info on products and taking orders over the phone.Principle Responsibilities for the Customer Service :-

  • To place customer orders and resolve customer enquiries, primarily by telephone but also by correspondence and email.
  • Handle any customer service queries to satisfaction.
  • Identify and maximize sales opportunities through cross selling and up selling through a sale-by-service approach.
  • Maintain knowledge on products, procedures and policies so a consistent high level of service can be provided to customers across all shifts.
  • Identify, resolve, and record customer complaints.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve individual and department KPIs and SLAs.
  • Other duties as required.
Person specification:-Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential however you should have the following skills and attributes:
  • Excellent team player.
  • Passion for people and customer service
  • Confident telephone manner and PC literate.
  • Competent written communication skills via email and other platforms.
Working hours:5 days a week. 9am to 5pm. Alternative weekends with 2 days off during the week.This is a full time permanent Customer Service Advisor position, Shifts are above.
