We therefore offer a host of developmental and progression opportunities to ensure we nurture our people,allowing them to grow with us.We are now recruiting Customer Service Administrators with experience of working in a fast paced environment to work on various shifts on our new ecommerce contract. The main purpose of the role is to provide customer service administration support.Key Accountabilities of the role;

  • Meeting all operational targets in an effective and timely manner and meeting all agreed relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Supply information as required in the form of daily, weekly and period reports for both the internal and external customer base.
  • Liaise with nominated representatives of the customer with regards to resolution of supplier inbound queries or compliance levels, volume discrepancies whilst communicating all relevant information to both inbound & outbound teams.
  • Liaise with carriers for booking in of inbound goods, and despatch via Nominated Carriers, within agreed operational windows.
  • Ensure all reporting, recording and administration requirements are achieved

  • Previous administrative experience / report production
  • Good level of Microsoft Office, including excel
