Job Description

Is providing a high standard of customer service important to you Do you have experience of working in the retail sector If so, our client is seeking to add to the existing team of customer liaison staff that work to ensure that an excellent standard ofcustomer care is provide at all times to both visitors and retail tenants.The Job:

  • To deal with customer enquiries, complaints both in person and via phone calls and emails and to act upon them in line with company procedure
  • To support the retail outlets
  • To communicate professionally and concisely at all times via radio, and marketing teams bespoke platforms for example WhatsApp and Social Media
  • Ensure regular visits to retail managers, building effective relationships
  • Helping with events
The Person:
  • Will have a proven background in customer service and be comfortable in a customer facing role
  • Be able to manage your own workload
  • Be an excellent communicator both verbal and written
  • Able to deal with difficult or delicate situations on occasion
  • Be calm in any situation
  • Be able to collect and collate information
  • Computer literate
This is a full time job (40 hours) working 5 days per week with rota days to cover Monday to SundayBenefits include, free on site parking and staff discounts
