Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join an employer of choice working as part of the fast paced, commercial team in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire on a 12-month FTC. This role will suit a bright and intuitive candidate with first class communication skills and the ability to think on their feet. This role will be home-based for the foreseeable future and is unlikely to return to being based in the office on a full-time basis.The role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational aspects of the wholesale relationships across the business. You will be accountable for wholesale meetings liaising with the business departments/teams and dealing with queries in an efficient manner to ensure they have a collaborative working relationship with Wholesale. Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Gain information on new launches
  • Pull together a weekly pack to send to Wholesale to promote on their communication channels
  • Take minutes and actions and ensure updates are captured when they are complete
  • Ensure that all requests are logged and tracked through to completion
  • Maintenance of key working documents and act as initial point of contact for account managers
  • Be an expert on the wholesale reporting systems and provide support to other users
  • Skills and experience required:
  • Relationship-building, and strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to prioritize in order to meet strict deadlines
  • Planning and organization
  • Problem-solving and basic negotiation skills
  • Working knowledge and experience within Supply Chain
