Job Description

The One Group are recruiting for a proactive and enthusiastic Credit Controller to join an ever-growing solicitors in Peterborough on a full time, permanent basis. This role will be a fast-paced position, and perfect for an individual who likes a hands on,challenging role. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Chasing outstanding debts by telephone and email
  • Recording chase history and agreed payment timescales
  • Resolving and monitoring any queries raised
  • Liaising with stakeholders on all debts, including conducting face-to-face meetings
  • Analysing, monitoring and reducing debt
  • Raising of fee notes to clients
The successful candidate will be confident, have the ability to develop long-standing and trusting relationships with internal staff and external clients, as well as having extensive knowledge/experience of credit control.This role will be fully on-site, and will see you working alongside a friendly and inclusive team within the Peterborough office. A good working knowledge of excel will be essential and the proactive approach to influence change in order to work more efficientlywill be highly advantageous. In return for the above traits and responsibilities you will receive the following benefits:
  • £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
