Job Description

The Role & Key Responsibilities Job Title: Corporate Development AssociateLocation: Flexible - remote working optionAre you a qualified finance professional looking something more strategic Do you enjoy working with senior leaders on projectsAB Agri is implementing an ambitious corporate development strategy encompassing multiple M&A and partnership transactions.An opportunity has arisen for a driven and capable individual to take responsibility for managing the due diligence process of any transaction. The role will also support the team with modelling and financial analysis of prospective and active projects contributingessential information to support negotiations and business / integration planning.The role holder will be an integral member of the M&A and Strategic partnerships team.What youll be doing:

  • Support the strategic rationale of projects with detailed financial analysis of the opportunity.
  • Develop the financial models required to underpin the business case
  • Work with the Corporate Development Manager to prepare internal documents for sign off by AB Agri’s senior leadership and ABF Corporate.
  • Manage the full AB Agri side of all due diligence processes in M&A transactions, from kick off to final sign off.
  • Manage the contract flow where required in Strategic partnership transactions.
  • Coordinate the financial actions and modelling for integration scenarios.
