Experienced Contact Centre Manager with strong track record in out bound telesales environments is needed to develop telesales team, strategies and processes across multiple sites whilst working together with sales team.OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

Management and motivation of the telesales team across the whole company, following sales and marketing strategies set by the board of directors. To create a positive culture of proactive selling, up-selling and cross selling of new lines to increase salesand gross profit. To do this whilst maintaining relationships with customers and our clients dedication to high quality customer service.This is a telesales management role based at the head office of a growing company in which you will be required to manage the mainly out-bound telesales team at head office in addition to remotely managing the small teams at satellite depots. You willutilise new technology and conference calls to regularly motivate and communicate with your remote teams to ensure targets are achieved.
