HB Commercial is partnering exclusively with this industry leader.This exciting opportunity will be working within a small and friendly team that prides itself on teamwork.This is a fast-paced environment where duties and responsibilities will change daily. You will always be expected to work towards tight deadlines whilst remaining accurate at all times. Duties and responsibilities not limited to -*Scheduling maintenance through the Mobile Engineering network*Liaising with customers daily*Scheduling follow-ups on repairs*Handling breakdowns*Providing excellent customer service*Raising purchase ordersThe successful candidate will have excellent communication, both verbal and written. You will be expected to capture copious amounts of data accurately using in house CRM systems.Proficiency in most Microsoft packages is also essential.This role is Monday- Friday 8.30 am - 5 pmMy client is adopting hybrid working and will soon be moving to Yaxley; therefore, you must be able to commute to Yaxley for the foreseeable.
