Job Description

Support Worker to Support Young Person - 15 years old - Part time hours with view to increaseCurrently - Mon, Wed, Thurs 5pm - 7pmMixed neurodevelopment disorder, Significant Learning Disability, Associated autistic spectrum featuresExperience of working with children with learning disabillity, ideally Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) but not essentialWeekly Pay - £10.00 -£14.42 p/hourWe want to make life better for more people. Your role will include:
  • Helping with the preparation of meals and drinks
  • Assisting with activities of daily living, domestic duties and personal care
  • Maintaining and updating reports such as care plans
  • Support Young person with emotional, psychological and educational needs and re-enforce boundaries
Were looking for:
  • Six months paid experience in care such as a care assistant, domiciliary carer, personal healthcare assistant, care worker or similar preferred but not essential as all training provided
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A drivers licence and use of your own car required
  • Good professional and personal references
