They work in partnership with household brands across the financial services industry, assisting withtheir operations needs.Due to huge investment and a cultural transformation, they are looking to bring in an experienced employee engagement and communications lead for an account of 2500 employees (which continues to grow due to business successes).Youll join a wider existing communication and engagement team and lead on building a sense of culture and community across one of their largest accounts. This includes listening to the voice of employees, working closely with team leaders, supporting eventsand charity work, building engaging content for the intranet and newsletters, and driving the strategy behind people plans.What Were Looking For
