Clinical DirectorSampson Park, Byre VetsSalary up to £72,000 depending on experience plus relocation allowanceWe are looking to welcome a Clinical Director to lead the team at our Peterborough practice.As our Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership of the practice, alongside our existing, experienced senior management team and will work to drive forward clinical services, commercial performance, and team development. You willhave a varied role ensuring this standard of operational excellence is maintained alongside a diverse clinical caseload; we offer a range of referral services that we are looking to expand furthermore.The ideal candidate for the role will currently be within a leadership role but we are in the position to support an individual ready to take the next step in their career to become a Clinical Director. You will have a passion for delivering the best possibleservice and outcomes for patients, clients, and associates.We are particularly keen to hear from certificate holders, or those working towards such qualifications.We have flexible working options available!Our flexible approach to rota patterns can truly enrich your work life balance. There are no out of hours with this role as this is covered by VetsNow.About our practice and fantastic team!Byre Veterinary Surgery is a purpose built, state of art facility. We have the most up to date facilities including endoscope, laparoscopy and much more!We offer exotics and ophthalmology referrals and have the facilities to provide orthopaedic and soft-tissues referrals in addition to this.Byre Veterinary Surgery is situated on the edge of Peterborough. Whilst so close to the convenience, and excellent transport links, of a city; the area promotes the idyllic country lifestyle, with Stamford, the home of Burghley Horse Trails, less than halfan hour away. Delivering the perfect balance of necessity and luxury.Currently we have 4 Veterinary Surgeons (one being a diplomat in exotics), 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Veterinary Care Assistant and 4 Receptionists.Because our employees matterWe recognise that our people are fundamental to the success of our business.
