Client Account Manager to Business ManagerPermanent£30000 - £40000Immediate StartThis is a fantastic opportunity that will guarantee your promotion from an experienced Client Account Manager to Business Manager within a 6 to 12 month period.Your journey will begin by learning the ropes of a Client Account Manager which will require you to become the key contact in the day-to-day management of various campaigns; managing the relationships and goals of your clients whilst ensuring the needs of those working on the campaigns are met.You will effectively provide end to end campaign management, from relationship building and performance management to territory allocation ensuring campaigns run seamlessly whilst representing the business at update meetings with clients.Once you have fully immersed yourself into the Client Account Manager position you will then begin your transition to becoming a Business Manager. As the Business Manager you will take the responsibility of leading and developing the team of Client Account Managers ensuring that the relationships and goals of the clients are being met, growing the team through new hires, creating training plans and making sure the team delivers against SLAs.This opportunity will also allow you to be more strategic by actively being involved in planning sessions with the management team.
