The role....We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Clerk of Works to join a busy and friendly team.This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience within a similar role and is confident in providing pre-contract and post contract Clerk of Works Services on projects up to a value of £25m whilst ensuring the quality of new dwellings are to the standard required by the organisation.Depending on performance and competence we will support the successful candidate in gaining a NVQ Diploma along with structured career progression leading to Membership of the Institute of Clerk of Works and Construction Inspectorate (MICWCI).Who we are....Cross Keys Homes is a commercial business with a social heart.
