We are looking for an experienced Children`s Registered Home Manager who is looking for a new job opportunity paying £32,000 - £36,000 DOE with a bonus structure to be agreed based in the Peterborough area.This is for a children`s residential home within a new company that are looking for someone to come in and put their stamp on the service and using their knowledge to help with the registration of the home. They want someone who has years of experience within the children`s sector, who is not afraid to get stuck in. The responsible person has over 11yrs experience within the children`s sector and is who you would be working alongside with including the Directors. Their plans are to open more homes and grown in size of capacity with the idea of you moving through the homes and being able to promote you through higher management enabling you to grow with them. Offering Monday - Friday 9am-5pm with on call duties.We are looking for candidates that hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent alongside a minimum of 2 years as a Registered Manager within a children`s residential home with EBD or learning disability needs. You will have extensive knowledge of Ofsted and ideally experience opening a new service.
