Job Description

The Role & Key Responsibilities Job Title:Change ManagerLocation: Peterborough / UK based (remote working option)Are you a professional Change Manager looking for the next step in your career Do you have a wealth of change managementknowledge and ready to share this with a team Due to the successful growth within AB Agri we have an exciting opportunityto take on a Change Manager within our IT division to manage capabilities across all projects by the introduction and establishment of industry recognised standards in the Managementof Change What youll be doing:

  • Development of policies, procedures and standards across all IT projects whilst also providing subject matter expertise in the change workstreams of projects.
  • Design and execute change interventions that support the successful deployment of IT projects.
  • Apply a pragmatic risk-based change management approach.
  • Develop change management plans aligned with strategies providing traceability to change impacts
  • Leading and mentoring project team members (e.g. Project Managers and Business Analysts) in the management of change.
What youll bring:
  • Experience in and understanding of change management methodologies
  • Ability to implement and embed new change management policies and procedures
  • Experience in writing clear, coherent, and pragmatic communication strategies for review and approval by project and business stakeholders
  • Competentin developing and delivering communication / engagement plans and interventions to support the deployment of IT projects.
  • Experience in a variety of communications tools to support the engagement process
  • Experience in developing and delivering training strategies and plans to support the successful delivery of IT projects
  • Ability to manage change management workstreams within larger projects utilising a mix of team members in a matrix management environment
  • Strong stakeholder management – internal and external
  • Experienced in development and delivery of change management progress reports
  • CMI qualification would be an advantage but not essential
