Job Description

Apollo Home Healthcare is a complex care provider. We look after children and adults with specialist care needs in their homes across the East of England.We are currently recruiting a Care Coordinator for our established office, based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.In return for your hard work, you can expect to earn:

  • A basic salary of between £23,000-£27,000 which is dependent upon skills & experience.
  • Additional earnings of £3,375 per annum for the paid on-call element of the role, this is based on completing on-call every six weeks.
  • Team quarterly bonus with the potential to earn 1k-2k per annum based on meeting set targets.
The service we operate is specialist and Nurse Led, we provide highly trained care teams to work closely with clients in the community. We rely on Healthcare Assistants, Support - Workers and Registered Nurses to support our service users within their ownhomes. Behind the scenes in the East operation, we have a team of staff who work to co-ordinate and manage all aspects of our service.Do you want to be part of this fantastic team and manage the following on a day-to-day basis
  • Managing a caseload of complex care packages, acting as a key point of contact for all parties.
  • Building relationships with commissioners, professionals, clients and family members.
  • Ensuring we have the right number of staff for the packages of care we deliver.
  • Co-ordination of staff recruitment, training and compliance.
  • Rota management and covering shifts including on-call.
  • Management of incidents and complaints.
